  • Shipping Costs

All orders over $350 AUD include complimentary express postage (within Australia).

Orders under $350 incur a $15 charge for Australian Standard post. All international orders have a flat rate of $50 AUD postage. Domestic Australian shipping takes between 2-5 days (on average).

Tracking details will be provided via email when your order is dispatched with AusPost.

  • Why is it so expensive?

The cost of each piece is determined by numerous factors. Each piece can take anywhere from 4 to 10 hours to create, and the cost of materials, gemstones, packaging, equipment and ongoing studio and website fee’s need to be met.

Each piece is handmade by me start to finish. I'm a one-woman show, not a big brand or a factory. Just one person juggling this craft still working a part time job to keep the lights on, pouring time, care, and intention into every piece. The price reflects the quality, care, and countless hours that go into creating something truly special and made to last. You’re not just buying jewellery—you’re supporting slow, thoughtful craftsmanship, one shiny piece at a time.

  • Where is my order?

All of the items online are either ‘Ready to ship’ or ‘Handmade to order’.

Ready to ship items require between 2-3 business days to send to the post. Domestic Australian shipping takes between 2-5 days (average).

Made to Order items require between 2-4 weeks for production, depending on the design. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

  • How to I find my ring size?

Visit a local Jeweller and have them size your finger, or an existing ring that fits. Or…

Head to the Sizing page to check your measurements against Australian Standards with detailed instructions.

If there’s a ring that you want, but it’s not in your size, reach out via the contact form about remaking one in the right size specifically for you.

  • Why has my jewellery discoloured?

The great thing about Sterling Silver is that it won’t discolour your skin with wear.

However Sterling Silver can react with the acidity of the wearers skin and most common beauty products and perfumes etc. With consistent wear this will dull the vibrancy of the shine over time, a light polish with a metal specific polishing cloth can remedy this.

Like most precious metals, Silver is actually quite soft and with consistent can scratch easily. This is normal, and to be expected if like me, you never take off your jewellery. Look after your pieces with regular polishing and be gentle when wearing.

  • Can I order something custom?

Yes! For consultation about a custom work piece, please fill out the contact form below to get in touch.

Please note, for now I will only be open to customising bespoke pieces in line with styles already created. However I am always interested in hearing your ideas. So head on over to the Custom page for more details, view my Inspiration page, and reach out via the contact form above.

  • What materials do you use?

I am currently only using .925 recycled sterling silver sourced from within Australia. All gemstones are either collected natural stones from my travels, or Australian sourced lab grown gemstones - meaning 100% cruelty free.

  • Can I supply gemstones, or silver for custom pieces?

Yes, however the gemstones will need to be physically seen in person, to measure and assess whether the stones are suitable for use. Unfortunately I am unable to upcycle existing metals from antique jewellery.
