Shipping policy

All Outcast jewellery is handmade in a small Adelaide based studio, carefully packaged and sent out to you. To ensure safe delivery of your order we use the services of Australia post for Domestic and International postage.

All orders over $250 AUD include complimentary express postage. 

Orders under $250 incur a $15 charge for Australian express post and $50 for International. Domestic express shipping takes between 1-3 days (average). Tracking details will be provided via email when your order is dispatched. 

Outcast is not responsible if incorrect postage details are provided or your parcel or parcel collection slip is stolen upon delivery. It is recommended that you use the Australia Post app to get live tracking updates for your parcel to ensure its safe delivery.
